It may still be returned slightly used.  If you by any chance still are not convinced, please it would be great to send us an email first.  In most cases our customer service can help the fit or give advice.

How to Return?

careforproductsAll ThinLine products come with a 30 day no hassle refund if only slightly tested and used. 

For all returns please send an email to info@thinlineglobal.eu or via this contact form so we can help you further in the process.

  • Returns must be applied in the Return Form you will receive from our Support Team.
  • Return Package must contain a copy of the packing slip / Invoice  to identify the package so we can continue a possible refund.
  • Returned Products must be cleaned and washed before returning to validate for refund.
  • Please keep tracking details for your return. ThinLine is not responsible for packages lost.
  • Customer is responsible choosing carrier and return shipping fees.

Important Note: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and UK,
On return, please return as “NON COMMERCIAL GOOD” or “RETURN PRODUCT”. Choose DHL, DPD or UPS to avoid extra costs.  Otherwise the package needs to return to sender due to your VAT government regulation.


Refund Policy

We encourage you to use your ThinLine product before deciding to return it. It may still be returned slightly used.  Any doubts?  Send us a message!  We’re happy to help!

  • See our Warrenty & Care Instructions for all details which is valid for refund.
  • Refund applies to all products except Closeouts or discontinued products.
  • If the product has been used extensively and shows obvious signs of use (such as wear, dirt or damage), the seller may charge a discount when refunding the purchase price. 
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded when a product is returned.
  • Refunds are done on arrival of your package and control check of the content.
  • Refunds always have to go via your point of purchase shop.  We cannot refund items not bought directly with us as we never received a payment from you as a customer.  Only your purchase shop can deliver that service.
