- Returns must be applied in the Return Form you will receive from our Support Team.
- Return Package must contain a copy of the packing slip / Invoice to identify the package so we can continue a possible refund.
- Returned Products must be cleaned and washed before returning to validate for refund.
- Please keep tracking details for your return. ThinLine is not responsible for packages lost.
- Customer is responsible choosing carrier and return shipping fees.

Important Note: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and UK,
On return, please return as “NON COMMERCIAL GOOD” or “RETURN PRODUCT”. Choose DHL, DPD or UPS to avoid extra costs. Otherwise the package needs to return to sender due to your VAT government regulation.
