careforproductsAll ThinLine products come with a 30 day no hassle refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Products returned need a copy of the packing slip in package to identify the package.

Products come with a one year warranty if cared for properly.

Original shipping charges are not refunded when a product is returned.
Refund applies for all products except Closeouts or discontinued products.

On return, please return as “NON COMMERCIAL GOOD” or “RETURN PRODUCT”. Choose DHL, DPD or UPS to avoid extra costs.  Otherwise the package needs to return to sender due to your VAT government regulation.
